Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lacey Harmer 8201-60 AI-17mW parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leeds--Northrup products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeds--Northrup parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Leeson product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeds--Northrup such as the 205376REVA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 17209 manufactured by Leeds--Northrup and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeds--Northrup systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 12429 by Manufacturer Leeson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Landis--Gyr Brand PTM620250M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Laser-Technics such as 206510200 equipment made by Laser-Technics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Laser-Technics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Laser-Technics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available L5750PLC made by Leadshine as well as the popular 18487 original spares produced by Leeds--Northrup

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 444479 by Leeds--Northrup and 206510200 spares by Laser-Technics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2M066 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ledex.
